This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is made by and between you and Achieve Total Marketing LLC DBA Achieve Total AI ("Achieve Total AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or paying for any services or products provided by Achieve Total AI, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation
You are responsible for canceling your service if you choose to stop using it. You can cancel at any time using your billing portal link. Use the same email you used when you signed up to manage this subscription with your payment link. For support reach out via email to team@achievetotal.ai

Non-Refundable Payments
Unless explicitly stated by our guarantees and excluding custom plans covered under guarantees, all payments, including subscriptions and other fees, are non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. You also agree not to dispute or charge back any payment with your bank or payment provider.

Payment Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to raise disputes or chargebacks for any payments made to Achieve Total AI. If you raise a dispute against this policy, and it is determined that you did not follow the cancellation process, you will be responsible for all legal fees we incur, including court and lawyer fees. If you raise a dispute, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose the dispute as soon as it is raised.

Additional Fees for Disputes
If a dispute is raised in violation of this policy, you agree to cover any additional time and resources we spend resolving it. By subscribing to our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
